Application and membership requirements


Applications are examined by the Steering Committee and considered for approval according to the Asssociation’s bylaws. The following criteria apply to individual applicants, based on the relevant category:




FULL MEMBERSHIP


> Four-year University degree or specialized/Master’s degree obtained from DIT (formerly SSLMIT) in Forlì or SSLMIT in Trieste


or


> proven and extensive work experience as interpreters or translators




STUDENT MEMBERSHIP


> currently studying for a postgraduate degree at DIT (formerly SSLMIT) in Forlì or at SSLMIT in Trieste.




Submitting your application to join TradInFo














You can join TradInFo by filling in the relevant registration form and submitting it along with your degree certificate and curriculum vitae. Make sure this contains the most relevant work experience in as much detail as possible (e.g. total number of words translated, days of interpreting performed, duration of employment or consultancy contracts concluded with institutions, etc.). All required documents must be submitted via email to: info@tradinfo.org, specifying whether you are applying for full membership or student membership.














The Steering Committee will assess your application. If it is approved, you will be required to pay the annual subscription fee.




Fee and payment


The annual subscription fee is 70 euros and it becomes payable via bank transfer within 30 days after you have been invited to join TradInFo. Renewal fees must be paid every year no later than 31st December.
