One of TradInFo’s commitments is to ensure the correct and qualified performance of the profession to protect end users of the services provided by members of the association.

For this reason, in accordance to article 2, paragraph 4 of Law 4/2013 (Provisions on non-organized professions), and art. 27 section 3 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no.206/2005) from which it is derived, TradInFo has activated a dedicated channel for communication which clients and professionals can use to resolve disputes with individual professional enrolled in the association, as well as to report irregularities or complaints and obtain information relating to professional activity in general and to the quality standards required by TradInFo from its members.
